Hello my name is Chris Squirrell, I am 40yrs old and have been studying one form of martial arts or another for quite a few years now. Kickboxing though is my passion and preferred art. I still compete regularly holding World and British Titles, successfully competing at the highest level both Nationally and Internationally. I have years of experience and knowledge to pass onto my students.

I am first aided, licensed, and insured by the International Combat Organisation (I.C.O) .The I.C.O. is recognised worldwide as both a regulating body for competitive martial arts and the governing body for amateur and professional kickboxing.

Hi ya..my name is Tracy Squirrell, born in1973, which makes me 30 yrs plus!! I have been studying kickboxing for quite a while now and really enjoy the fitness side of it. Although i don't compete myself i still have the drive and enthusiasm as any of the fighters (just ask them) and embrace all the events that we have participated in. With myself,my husband and our children Gina and Jonnie all achieving dan grades i am proud to say that we are a family of blackbelt kickboxers.I enjoy teaching along side Chris,but i perfer to teach the kids class.My work ethic is.. "There's no age limit anyone can join in,give it a try and work at your own pace". I am C.R.B checked, insured and licensed with the I.C.O.

Hi, my name is Sophie Simnett, I am 20 years old and i've been kickboxing for 6 years now. I am a 2nd dan black belt and have been competing for the last 4 years in both full contact and light contact disciplines. I have had over 40 fight's and hold Area,English and British Titles, Also i have competed for England at the I.S.K.A World Championships in the Czech Republic 2008 Rome 2009 and Germany 2010. I still compete regularly, and enjoy training and teaching.
