We are reserving slots now for our popular ladies only kickboxing classes here at house BKA 🙏🏻.

Kickboxing for women is a full body exercise. During our kickboxing session all of your body exercises and not just target areas. Kickboxing helps you to get stronger, tone and burn fat all at the same time. Since kickboxing is a whole-body workout, you will also increase flexibility, improve coordination, improve cardiovascular system and your confidence will improve.

For the month of September we are offering a SPECIAL OFFER - £25 for the whole month. That is 10 classes in total 🌈. This is a limited spaces offer at a first come first serve basis.

*Boxing gloves will be provided, however if you have your own you are welcome to bring them in.

Women's kickboxing class:

Wednesdays: 20:00-21:00 👊🏻👊🏻

Benefits

Kickboxing is great for your cardiovascular workout that is perfect for weight loss. It helps to tone the body through a series of punching, kicking and movements. Women find kickboxing allows them to receive a cardio and resistance workout at the same time! Plus it's a lot of fun.

Self Defense

Kickboxing for women is great for self defence. During kickboxing classes, we focus on teaching and demonstrating kicks, punches, bobbing and weaving. Participants doing kickboxing also learn how to gauge distance and land punches and kicks. Most moves will be practiced on pads or bags to learn landing the kick or punch on a particular object. What is also important is the rise in confidence of anyone who does martial arts. You will start to feel yourself more confident after couple of sessions.

Stress Relief

Kickboxing can be used as a form of stress relief. Stress produces enzymes that lower the amount of endorphins. During kickboxing class and other types of exercise, endorphins are released in the body that relieve pain and aid in decreasing depression! You will feel better in no time.
